Peanut Butter Cookies - Crystal Sugar

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup firmly packed light brown Crystal Sugar
1 cup granulated Crystal Sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2½ cups flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 365°F.
Cream margarine, peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour. Mix in the mixer until the dough leaves the side of the bowl.
Make balls of dough the size of a golf ball or a little smaller. Roll in sugar, place on cookie sheet and press cookie down with a fork.
Bake at 365°F for 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
