Brown Sugar Ham Glaze


  • 1 cup packed dark brown CRYSTAL SUGAR®
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Heat your spiral sliced ham per instructions.
  2. Place all glaze ingredients into a heavy bottom saucepan.
  3. Allow the ingredients to simmer on medium.
  4. If the glaze is done before the ham is ready, turn heat off. Just before the ham is done, reheat the glaze on low for a few minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
  5. Once the ham has reached desired temperature, pour the glaze over the ham and serve.
