- 1 cup packed dark brown CRYSTAL SUGAR®
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- Heat your spiral sliced ham per instructions.
- Place all glaze ingredients into a heavy bottom saucepan.
- Allow the ingredients to simmer on medium.
- If the glaze is done before the ham is ready, turn heat off. Just before the ham is done, reheat the glaze on low for a few minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
- Once the ham has reached desired temperature, pour the glaze over the ham and serve.
